The NRL Season is drawing nearer, and with it, comes a slew of NRL Markets, which means it’s time to get on the punt!

NRL Expert Tips – Number 1

2021 NRL Grand Final Winner – Penrith Panthers $5.00

The Penrith Panthers are in hot form coming into 2021.

Losing out to the Melbourne Storm in last year’s Grand Final, means they’ll be back for revenge in a big way (especially when the 26-20 was by one try).

If they play with the same power, as they did in 2020, they’ll be a shoo-in for the NRL Grand Final in 2021.

What’s interesting about last year’s performance, however, is the fact that the team failed to score a try in the first half of the Grand Dance.

Me thinks, if they come out with more gusto next year’s Grand Final – there will be no way the Panthers will lose.

NRL Top 4 Finish 2021 – Safe Option – Penrith Panthers and Sydney Roosters Multi $3.16

One thing is for certain.

The Penrith Panthers and Sydney Roosters will be squaring off in next year’s Championship.

There’s no two ways about it.

Both sides are currently the most domineering in the competition, and will be coming into 2021 with a chip on their shoulder that just won’t stray.

Until they take home the Grand Final.

The Sydney Roosters are recent winners, claiming the top gong in 2019 against the Canberra Raiders – and they’ll be hungry for victory once again after missing out in last year’s final showdown.

As for the Panthers, as aforementioned, they’ll come out all guns-a-blazing.

Pop both of them in a Multi to make the Top 4, for a definite return on investment.

NRL Top 4 Finish 2021 – Full Option – Penrith Panthers and Sydney Roosters, Melbourne Storm, South Sydney Rabbitohs $11.16

If these aren’t the Top 4 finishers of 2021, I’ll eat my hat.

In all seriousness though, we already know who’s going to be in the Grand Final next year, and it’s pretty easy to determine who will get snubbed.

The Melbourne Storm took out the title last year, but will now head into that vast state where they need a few years off.

There’s obviously an opportunity to back it up, but, without Captain Cameron Smith, who has held the side up for decades, the side are lacking leadership – and looking.

AND with the movement of top try scorer, Josh Addo-Carr, to the Canterbury Bulldogs, it’s looking extremely unlikely.

As for the Rabbitohs, they’ll come out fit and firing next year. If you’re keen on all the stats for individual players, check out this article.

Their players are in prime form, and with Latrell Mitchell back in good health – there’s no stopping their run for the Top 4.

NRL Top 8 Finish 2021 – Safe Option – Penrith Panthers and Sydney Roosters, Melbourne Storm, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Canberra Raiders, Parramatta Eels $4.57

There’s a reason picking the Top 6 out of the Top 8 is only paying $4.57.

We all know these teams are going to make the Top 8.

They did last year, and they’re all showing no signs of slowing down.

The Top 4 sides are already too dominant, and this is before putting the Canberra Raiders in the picture.

They’re still treading water after THAT 2019 Grand Final, but they’re doing so well, and carefully…

As for the Parramatta Eels (one of last year’s Top 4), they’ll drop a few spots, but remain up at the top of the table.

My estimate is 6th.

NRL Expert Tips – Number 5

NRL Top 8 Finish 2021 – Full Option – Penrith Panthers and Sydney Roosters, Melbourne Storm, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Canberra Raiders, Parramatta Eels, North Queensland Cowboys, New Zealand Warriors $34.77

Okay, I get it. There’s a few rouge options at the end of the list, but hear me out.

The North Queensland Cowboys may be just nudging at the edge of the Top 8, but they’re actually a chance to nab a place next season.

The side are looking extremely strong, and Michael Morgan, Valentine Holmes and Jason Taumalolo, Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow will only further bolster the North Queensland outfit.

As for the New Zealand Warriors – they’ve had their eye on the prize for a while.

Although it’s looking grossly unlikely they’ll get to play on home soil in 2021, the lack of travel, and the practice in the land down under, could actually work wonders for the side.

Watch this space.

NRL Minor Premiership 2021 – Penrith Panthers $4.50

I have a lot of confidence in the Penrith Panthers this upcoming season.

Their offensive and defensive play is astounding – and they have the highest level of top-tier players in the comp.

These three things combined are a recipe to leapfrog directly to the the top of the ladder, just as they’ve done in year’s past.

They’re ready for a Premiership – not just a minor one.

NRL To Miss the 8 2021 – Newcastle Knights $1.75

Sportsbet already seems to know which sides are going to make the 8, and which sides are going to flounder.
